Caring Healthcare Professional Wanted for Children's Complex Care

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Assistant Practitioner in the Children's and Young People's Complex Care Package (CYPCCP) service. As part of this role, you will work closely with children and young people who have complex health needs, providing bespoke packages of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to promoting a positive team-based attitude and strive for the highest standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff, family members, and multi-professional colleagues to deliver specialized care.
- Develop relevant skills and knowledge to meet the specific needs of children and young people with complex health needs.
The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provides services to West Cheshire and Welsh patients covered by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Our trust works collaboratively within the wider Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership.
Salary and BenefitsThis exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a supportive working environment, and a comprehensive DBS check process.
Requirements- NVQ level 3 in Child Care and Development, Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development and communication strategies for children with sensory impairment.
- Evidence of basic IT skills and ability to undertake training and development opportunities.
