Care Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Running errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- The right to work in the UK
- A good standard of English and excellent communication skills
