Job Title: Technician (Quantity Surveying)

NLC10 (£39,829 - £45,696)

We are leading a regeneration programme in North Lanarkshire as part of our plans for inclusive economic growth.

This is an opportunity to be involved in the planning and delivery of our new supply programme which aims to deliver 5,000 new homes by a specific timeframe.

You will join the New Supply team where you will support the procurement and delivery of our new build programme.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the procurement and delivery of our new build programme.
  • Be based in our corporate office in Motherwell but operate under a hybrid model of office and home-based working.
  • Travel to council facilities and sites across North Lanarkshire as required.
Requirements

You should have a Degree in Quantity Surveying and significant experience in the design and construction industry.

You should also have:

  • A professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT literacy with experience of Microsoft packages.
