Advanced Pharmacy Technician for Mental Health Services

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff in various roles. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million.
The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30.
This is an opportunity to be part of a new and innovative approach to pharmacy care in mental health services. You will join the pharmacy team at Stobhill Hospital and participate in the expansion of integrated pharmacy care within the wards, serving patients from the north east of Glasgow.
The successful candidate must be:
- A registered pharmacy technician with the GPhC.
- Have at least 2 years of post-registration experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Hold an accredited dispensary accuracy checking qualification.
- Display a strong interest in mental health practice; however, appropriate education and training will be provided.
