We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Community Link Workers in Argyll and Bute. As a Community Link Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals in remote rural areas, addressing health inequalities and promoting overall wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the impact of poverty and health inequalities on health and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include establishing professional relationships with multiple stakeholders, creating and maintaining community connections, and delivering targeted support to individuals in need.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,814 pro rata, 28 days annual leave, and a range of benefits including enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
