Job Title: Domestic Support Specialist

We are currently recruiting a full-time Domestic Support Specialist to join our dedicated team to deliver exceptional cleaning services for Defence, contracted to 36 hours per week.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services and creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

A typical day will involve:
  • Cleaning and maintaining a wide range of areas within the building, including offices, corridors, and common spaces
  • Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
  • Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
  • Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
  • Emptying and disposing of bin waste
  • Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors by following required policies and procedures
  • Following all health & safety guidelines when using equipment
The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience, be passionate about customer service, and possess effective communication skills. They should also be able to work individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
