About the Role:

Job Summary

The Community Support Practitioner will work as part of a team to deliver community support services to individuals in Argyll & Bute. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to individuals, ensuring they remain safe and well in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality community support services to individuals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agreed goals and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans
  • Monitor and report on service activity and performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Health Studies, or related field
  • Experience working in health and social care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
