About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our talented Kitchen team at the exclusive Culloden Estate and Spa. As a Commis Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist other chefs in the kitchen area to ensure the highest standards of preparation and presentation for guests.
  • Maintain the kitchen areas in a clean and tidy manner, adhering to departmental standards.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are used correctly and report any problems immediately.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to create a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Maintain the security of stock areas at all times and report any breaches.
  • Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing policies and procedures.
  • Deal with guest dissatisfactions efficiently and report them to the Supervisor/Manager on duty.
About You

We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Kitchen Team will provide you with full training.
