About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our talented Kitchen team at the exclusive Culloden Estate and Spa. Under the leadership of our Inspiring Head Chef, Peter Robinson, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present meals for the greatest enjoyment of guests and maximum profit contribution to the hotel.
  • Assist other chefs in the kitchen area.
  • Maintain the kitchen areas in a clean and tidy manner in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Ensure the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
  • Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing policies and procedures.
About You

We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Kitchen Team will provide you with full training. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service, we would love to hear from you.
