About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at the Harwell Campus in Didcot.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

This is a temporary contract until June 2025 with a salary of £36 per hour.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for visiting researchers
  • Ensure efficient user registration and safety induction processes
  • Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to meet reporting requirements
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Process expenses and manage financial transactions accurately
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required
