This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Healthcare Assistant in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient services.

About the Job

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming patients, clarifying their appointments, and ensuring their privacy and dignity are maintained at all times. You will work closely with clinical colleagues to deliver a range of clinical tasks, including managing clinical risk, entering data into patient management systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome patients to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Clarify patients' identification and explain the process of their Targeted Lung Health Check appointment.
  3. Manage clinical risk within own designated working area.
  4. Accurately enter data into the patient management system and maintain these systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • A people person with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Flexible and willing to adjust working patterns as required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages and other IT systems.
