Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis in Hillingdon. This role will involve providing support and teaching ASD learners at Key Stage 2.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Key Stage 2, assisting them with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate effectively with the class teacher and other members of the school's support staff, sharing insights and observations to inform planning and provision of support.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, staying up to date with best practices and strategies in supporting students with ASD.
  • Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.

Compensation Package:

This position offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £32,400 per annum, based on a 12-month contract, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
