About the Role:

As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with students who need extra support in literacy and numeracy, assist those with special educational needs, and support classroom teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted interventions for Key Stage 2 students

• Support students with special educational needs

• Assist class teachers with lesson preparation and adapting materials

• Foster a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting

• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers

• Patient and empathetic approach, particularly when supporting students with additional needs
