As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services, developing effective relationships with families, partners, and colleagues, and contributing to the growth and success of our innovative Family Safeguarding model.

Salary: £46,126 - £49,011 per annum (includes market factor where applicable) plus a welcome payment of £5,000 for experienced social workers joining our Assessment and Duty Service.

Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality social work services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage Child in Need cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Contribute to Child Protection planning, implementation, and review.
  • Collaborate with other agencies to ensure effective delivery of services.
