About the Role

We are seeking a talented Commercial Building Surveyor to join our team at Workman LLP. As a Building Surveyor, you will assist an experienced team in delivering a range of building surveying services to clients.

This is a permanent position on our graduate program, which offers a minimum of 2 years of on-the-job training and support through the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). You will work on a variety of commercial properties, including offices, retail, and industrial sites.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with Schedule of Dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall awards, and other professional works. You will also work on contract instructions, including designer, contract administrator, and project manager roles.

Key Responsibilities
