Senior Quantity Surveyor – Construction / Build

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in managing commercial aspects of projects up to £10m each.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial management of a section of a large project or multiple smaller projects.
  • Ensuring timely submission of contract performance data and liaising with contracts management for commercial administration.
  • Implementation of commercial procedures, preparation of sub-contracts, and supervision of junior staff.
  • Negotiation with clients and sub-contractors, as well as risk assessments and valuation.
  • Preparation of monthly cost and value reports and outturn financial forecasts.

Requirements: Proficient in MS packages, extensive experience in live projects and final accounts, and a sound understanding of the construction industry.

Location: Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is a leading job agency operating across the UK.

Salary: Up to £65k plus package dependent on experience.
