Catering Operations Supervisor

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Casual Stadium Catering Kiosk Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our catering services at Sodexo Live St James' Park, Newcastle United Football Club.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the catering team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
