We're experience makers, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team at Sodexo Live St James' Park, Newcastle United Football Club. As a Casual Stadium Catering Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend pre-match and de-brief meetings with the Stadium Retail Catering Manager
  • Check opening stock on all nominated catering outlets
  • Document any alterations on Team Leaders stock sheet
  • Transfer skims/stock to various locations
  • Brief all catering staff prior to service
  • Ensure all catering outlets are ready to start service at the scheduled time of opening
  • Assist Team Leaders when necessary
  • Recognise staff potential and promote staff development and incentives
  • Complete and sign all relevant documentation as laid down by company procedures
  • Deal with customer complaints or feedback efficiently and in a professional manner
  • Carry out stock checks at designated times
  • Carry out security checks as laid down in company procedures
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Comply with all regulations relating to Food safety and health and Safety
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Being friendly yet professional
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality
  • Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in cash handling and stock control
