About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, gathering data, and preparing reports in line with company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and collate client information, ensuring compliance documentation is present and correct.
  • Discuss client objectives with Financial Advisers, identifying necessary information for financial reports.
  • Assist in planning and sourcing solutions to meet client needs, preparing tax calculations where necessary.
  • Obtain quotes, illustrations, and product details, providing comparisons for analysis.
  • Prepare suitability letters and reports for Financial Adviser approval, along with associated documentation.
