Pension Administration Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Solutions Manager to lead our Configuration Teams within the Implementation Department. This role is responsible for implementing first-class pension administration solutions for our clients, ranging from large-scale strategic transformations to bespoke client solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Implementation Team, ensuring all people management tasks are carried out and staff are developed, mentored, and trained to fulfill their roles.
- Review project and team documentation for quality standards, incorporate process changes, and liaise with Programme/Project managers to facilitate project deadlines and timescales.
- Deliver new client implementations on time, to budget, and to quality standards, ensuring no penalties are incurred.
- Support Programme/Project Managers in steering projects to successful closure, influencing approach for all project deliverables, and ensuring all projects are resourced appropriately.
Requirements
- Strong technical pensions knowledge in DB schemes, with the ability to explain complex matters.
- Operations background and management/leadership skills, with evidence of previous experience in implementing projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and policy changes affecting pensions, considering the impact on Implementation processes.
- A detailed understanding of DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities, including their administration and system/process implications.
Additional Requirements for the Config Team
- Experience with System Testing and/or User Acceptance Testing, including understanding calculation proformas, Benefit Basis, Benefit Specifications, scenario matrices, test plans, Calculation Specifications, system debugs, and root cause analysis.
