Human Resources Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an HR Officer to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a CIPD Level 5 certification and at least 2 years of experience in a HR role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the HR team in delivering a comprehensive range of HR services
• Administer HR processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Respond to employee queries, offering guidance and support
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes
Requirements:
• CIPD Level 5 certification
• At least 2 years of experience in a HR role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the business
• Dedication to delivering excellent customer service
