About the Role

Adele Carr Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to create and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee and maintain all company social media accounts, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create Engaging Content: Schedule and publish high-quality content across platforms to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Monitor and Respond to Social Media Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to social media inquiries and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Conduct Social Media Research: Conduct research on competitors and similar social media accounts to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the Creative team to develop and execute outreach campaigns to potential brand ambassadors, influencers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Social Media Management Tools: Experienced in using social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all social media content.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Ability and desire to keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, new platforms, and algorithm changes.
