Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and maintenance of school facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all school facilities.
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking costs.
  • Lead and manage the facilities team, providing training and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a caretaker or maintenance role, preferably within a school or similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and security protocols.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate on various tasks and projects.
