Your primary focus will be on resolving product and system-related technical enquiries or warranty claims in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with our customers and colleagues to ensure the correct product application and operation, providing technical assistance and advice as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a company pension scheme, free life assurance, and a share save scheme.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 and Friday 09:00 - 16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break each day.

6-month standard probationary period applies.

Car driver required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and service engineers via phone and email
  • Diagnose and resolve product and system-related technical enquiries or warranty claims
  • Work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure correct product application and operation
  • Provide technical assistance and advice as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • HND/Degree standard or equivalent experience in a technical after-sales environment
  • Diagnostic and problem-solving experience in a technical environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Car driver required
