About the Role:
NSJ Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Agriculture Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the agriculture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure NSJ Consultancy remains competitive
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the agriculture sector
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry and its trends and developments
