About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Operations Specialist to join our team at ABM UK. As a CCTV Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, including cameras and recording systems.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with security policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Licence.
  • CCTV/Security Control Room experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
