Macclesfield College is seeking an exceptional AAT Skills Development Expert to join our team.

This exciting opportunity allows you to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that shape the future of our apprentices.

The Role:
  • To design and deliver bespoke training solutions for learners studying AAT, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with employers to promote apprenticeships.
  • Manage training schedules, develop individual training plans, and ensure compliance with college processes and procedures.

Please note that new guidance requires an online search as part of the due diligence process for shortlisted candidates.

We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, along with coaching from our experienced Quality team.

Key Benefits:
  • £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
