Macclesfield College is seeking a highly experienced AAT Leadership Trainer to join our dedicated team.

This exciting opportunity allows you to make a lasting impact by shaping the future of our apprentices through coaching and mentoring.

The Role:
  • To provide expert guidance and support to learners studying AAT, identify areas for additional training, and work closely with employers to promote training opportunities.
  • Develop individual training plans, organize training sessions to achieve desired outcomes within defined timescales, and ensure compliance with college processes and procedures.

Please note that new guidance requires an online search as part of the due diligence process for shortlisted candidates.

Key Benefits:
  • £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
