Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the employee absence log to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the HR team, providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Take minutes in disciplinary and grievance meetings to ensure accurate records.
  • Prepare and present reports on employee absence and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process, including preparing and presenting candidate information.
  • Liaise with Occupational Health to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Provide basic HR support to leaders, including answering queries and providing guidance.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. A relevant degree and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
