Optical Care Specialist

We're looking for a talented Dispensing Optician to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
As a Dispensing Optician, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and care to our customers, helping them to feel confident and informed about their eye health. You'll work closely with our optical team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and that we're always meeting our high standards of customer care.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their eye health and vision needs
Working closely with our optical team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
Helping to identify opportunities to improve our customer care and service
