Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to support our Donor Stewardship team in ensuring effective grant management and fundraising delivery. This role will require working closely with overseas colleagues and reporting to the Global Project Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Donor Stewardship team in grant management and fundraising activities.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases related to grant management and fundraising.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans and budgets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a non-profit or conservation organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative systems and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a global team setting.
