We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock control, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Regional Healthcare Manager to achieve business targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
