At North East Lincolnshire Women's Aid, we're seeking individuals to join our team as Gift Coordinators.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of supporting women and children in need. As a Gift Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing our charity shop gift cards program.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. They will also possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional support to customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our charitable objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the gift card program, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, promoting our gift cards and their benefits.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective inventory management and timely restocking of gift cards.
We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment. Our office is located in the heart of Grimsby, with easy access to public transportation.
We estimate that working at North East Lincolnshire Women's Aid can bring you a monthly income of £2,083 (£25,000/12 months).
