We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Christmas Shop Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in promoting sustainable shopping practices and raising awareness about the importance of donating pre-loved items.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the daily operation of our Charity Christmas Shop, ensuring a high standard of customer service and store presentation.
  • Support the sales team in promoting our gift cards and highlighting the benefits of sustainable shopping.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, showcasing our unique and eco-friendly products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, providing product information and making recommendations based on their interests.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities, promoting our charity's mission and values.
