We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to a gentleman with complex care needs.

Your duties will include assisting with personal care, medication management, and activities within and outside the home. You will work closely with a Registered Nurse to ensure that the individual receives the best possible care and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be kind, caring, and patient. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible and positive attitude. Some experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs is preferred, but training and supervision will be provided.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive an excellent hourly rate of £13.00-£13.30, paid holiday, pension scheme, and employee discounts. We also offer ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
