Senior CX Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled CX Solutions Engineer to join our team at Computappoint. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern contact centre technologies to support NICE CX One.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the functionality of contact centre applications, including IVR systems, web, and chatbots.
- Oversee CRM integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and improved customer service possibilities.
- Develop and implement IVR systems, web, and chatbot solutions.
- Work with NICE or other Workforce Management platforms to optimize contact centre operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
- Experience in IVR development and implementation.
- Knowledge of web and chatbot development and integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages like JSON, Java, C#, or Python.
