Time Appointments is seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to support their team in Colchester. As a key member of the firm, you will provide efficient, compliant, and comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Financial Consultants. Your responsibilities will include processing premium payments, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate client records. You will also be responsible for creating new files, preparing illustrations for products, and liaising with third parties to obtain client valuations. Additionally, you will assist the financial advice team in preparing suitability reports and ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to. To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years IFA Administration experience, a high degree of accuracy, and excellent organisational and planning skills. You will also need to have strong IT skills, including the use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
