We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Financial Services team as a Financial Services Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day management and ongoing development and maintenance of financial accounting systems and procedures.
- Assist the Trust's Financial Controller in the provision of fundamental accounting and financial systems maintenance.
- Participate fully in the Financial Accounts agenda to maintain robust financial controls.
- Adhere to all legal and accounting requirements.
- Support the Financial Controller and Financial Accountant in producing information for inclusion within the Trust's monthly and annual accounts.
- Use of computerized systems.
- Use of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of working within cash management or cashiering department.
- Experience of working within NHS finance department.
- Experience of working in a finance department.
- Qualified AAT Intermediate or equivalent.
- Educated to GCSE standard or Equivalent.
- GCSE Maths & English grade 4 or above.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet regular deadlines.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
