About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Financial Services team as a Financial Services Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management and ongoing development and maintenance of financial accounting systems and procedures.
  • Assist the Trust's Financial Controller in the provision of fundamental accounting and financial systems maintenance.
  • Participate fully in the Financial Accounts agenda to maintain robust financial controls.
  • Adhere to all legal and accounting requirements.
  • Support the Financial Controller and Financial Accountant in producing information for inclusion within the Trust's monthly and annual accounts.
Requirements
  • Use of computerized systems.
  • Use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of working within cash management or cashiering department.
  • Experience of working within NHS finance department.
  • Experience of working in a finance department.
  • Qualified AAT Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Educated to GCSE standard or Equivalent.
  • GCSE Maths & English grade 4 or above.
Personal Qualities
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet regular deadlines.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
