Salary: £50-65K DOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our client's team at TEC PARTNERS LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our information security framework, managing policies/procedures and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Implement, and Maintain: The Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Design and Enforce: Security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organization's data and infrastructure.
  • Manage and Optimize: Security measures on our AWS infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Teams: IT, DevOps, and other departments to integrate security best practices into all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Respond to and Manage: Security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay Updated: On the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to ensure the organization remains protected against evolving risks.
  • Provide Security Awareness: Training and support to all employees to foster a culture of security within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • ISO 27001 Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with ISO 27001 standards and certification processes.
  • Security Expertise: Strong expertise in securing AWS environments, including knowledge of AWS security services (e.g., IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, GuardDuty).
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
