Lead Booz Allen's Expansion in Incident Response

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Growth Strategist to spearhead the expansion of our Incident Response business. This role demands a deep understanding of incident response, encompassing insurance, legal, and vendor ecosystems. You will be instrumental in driving growth initiatives within a world-class team dedicated to building one of the most prominent and rapidly growing incident response businesses globally.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for our Incident Response practice, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity and market dynamics.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders across capability, market, and partner teams, fostering a collaborative environment for success.
  • Identify, develop, and close new growth opportunities by conducting thorough market research, identifying client needs, and crafting compelling proposals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding their professional development and contributing to the overall growth of the team.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, pushing the boundaries of incident response solutions and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business outcomes.

Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, and incident response, with a strong emphasis on strategy, relationship building, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with cyber insurance carriers and cyber-focused law firms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with teams, executives, and clients across various settings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex projects with ease.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
