About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as Head of Compliance & Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our compliance and risk management efforts, ensuring that our company operates within regulatory requirements and maintains a strong risk culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory compliance and risk trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as law, finance, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
