Quality Assurance Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our work meets the highest quality and customer standards. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing client IP to determine quality requirements, developing and managing inspection test plans, and ensuring all reports generated during the manufacturing process are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review client IP to determine quality requirements
  • Develop and manage inspection test plans
  • Ensure all reports generated during the manufacturing process are completed
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure ITPs are aligned with requirements
  • Conduct surveillance tours of the units to identify quality concerns
  • Work with the team to resolve quality issues
  • Attend and contribute to project progress and quality meetings

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in quality engineering and inspection plan creation and management
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of heavy fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards
  • Keen eye for detail and understanding of the importance of quality
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations
  • Organisation, communication, and diplomacy skills
  • IT skills with various Microsoft packages
