We are seeking an experienced Project Documentation Manager to join our team at Integral UK Ltd.

About the Position

This is a senior role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documents, configuring software, and developing training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain document control systems to ensure all documents are stored, easily accessible, accurate, complete, and version-controlled
  • Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards/policies
  • Collaborate with project teams and external parties to ensure document control requirements are met
  • Develop and implement process improvements in document control
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar document management/records management/information management role within a construction/engineering environment
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control
  • Familiarity with document control procedures and processes
  • Formal qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
