Project Documentation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Documentation Manager to join our team at Integral UK Ltd.
About the PositionThis is a senior role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documents, configuring software, and developing training materials.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain document control systems to ensure all documents are stored, easily accessible, accurate, complete, and version-controlled
- Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards/policies
- Collaborate with project teams and external parties to ensure document control requirements are met
- Develop and implement process improvements in document control
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar document management/records management/information management role within a construction/engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control
- Familiarity with document control procedures and processes
- Formal qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, life assurance, and an auto-enrolment company pension scheme.
