Join Our Team as a Care Home GP

We are seeking a skilled General Practitioner to join our team at Priory Medical Group, a large multi-site training practice based in York. As a Care Home GP, you will have the opportunity to work with our Complex Care Team to oversee patients in care homes and provide specialist input in the community.

Flexible Clinics and Portfolio Opportunities

We offer flexible working hours, including school hours and retainer roles, allowing you to manage your workload according to clinical priority. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a range of enhanced services, including prison work, school health, and sexual health clinics.

Chronic Disease Management and Frailty Specialist Input

Our clinical pharmacists are highly trained in chronic disease management, including hypothyroidism, heart failure, diabetes, and hypertension. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our Complex Care Team to provide specialist input in the community and oversee patients in care homes.

Support for Mental Health and Wellbeing
