Job Description: Heavy Equipment Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our nationwide Plant and Tool division, you will be responsible for traveling across our regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair any faults or damage to equipment, accurately updating service records.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:
In this role, you will work effectively under pressure, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will also be required to maintain a sound and current knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance and have a valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Travel across regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair any faults or damage to equipment, accurately updating service records.
* Maintain a sound and current knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.

Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a plant mechanic/fitter role with a relevant mechanical qualification or time served.
* Sound and current knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance.
* Valid driving licence.
