Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Finning, the largest CAT dealer in the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment on site, ensuring they are running safely and efficiently.
You will work closely with our branch teams to coordinate service requests, diagnose technical issues, and develop effective repair plans. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career as a maintenance engineer, working with industry-leading technology and a talented team of professionals.
The salary for this role is £40,500 per annum, plus benefits including company pension scheme, healthcare, and annual bonus.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of heavy earth-moving equipment operation
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on site
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
