About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the Estimating team, working on multiple high-profile contracts across Residential and Commercial Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepare the financial element of bids and produce estimates on appropriate schemes to the right net cost in a timely manner.
  • Deliver profitable, de-risked, winning bids on time and to the highest quality, providing estimating services on projects and strategic & contract changes.
  • Work on Commercial and Residential Projects from £20m up to £200m+.
Requirements
  • Experience working for a UK Main Contractor.
  • New Build experience.
  • Ambition to progress in your career.
