Job Title: Art Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Art Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Warehouse operation manager in day-to-day issues, processing stock adjustments, and monitoring inventory litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Warehouse operation manager in resolving day-to-day issues and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
- Process stock adjustments for special movements in Cegid and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor and manage inventory litigation in CEGID to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Activate inter-company stock transfers, prepare proforma invoices, and liaise with the warehouse team for packing and shipment booking.
- Handle delivery claims for warehouse and stores, including overs and unders.
- Order packaging materials for stores via HLink and manage stationary orders.
- Measure and report Logistics KPIs to the operations team and management.
- Participate in destocking, public sales, and staff sales events.
- Provide event support for logistics-related activities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics or operations.
- Organized, flexible, and reliable with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously without losing track.
- Good IT skills, including Cegid and Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player with capacity to work autonomously.
- Professional with ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
