As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering health visiting services that meet the needs of families in the borough.

In this role, you will work closely with our 0-19 team in West London, contributing to the delivery of the national 0-5 years Healthy Child programme across Hounslow. Your expertise will help families access evidence-based health advice and guidance, ensuring they receive the best possible support.

Main duties:

  • Leading and managing the health visiting team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of families.
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Liaising with multi-agency teams, including Social Care, GPs, Early years, and Family Hub colleagues.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
