Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our team at Richmond Harbour Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests find their hotel rooms spotless and have an enjoyable stay. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve the highest standards of room cleanliness at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all hotel rooms are cleaned to a high standard and are ready for guests.
  • Work efficiently with the Head Housekeeper/Supervisor to achieve the highest standards of room cleanliness.
  • Report any technical issues, damages, and maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor.
  • Perform cleaning of all storage, corridors, and public areas, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Follow the correct procedure for lost property.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
  • Work on a rota basis, which will include weekends.

Requirements
  • A positive attitude and a focus on quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical mobility and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
